This 72-Room house in NYC may surprise you….

I totally know the building and have always wondered about it. I thought it was uninhabited for aesbestos or some other health reason. There is another one one block down at 11 Spring and Elizabeth that is equally eerie/mysterious (folklore has it it is insane looking inside - palacial). Interesting to learn they are both so ominous because they put dark shades on all the windows to reduce the cooling costs. Who knew?
Only 3 people live in a 35,000 sqft building? Shoot me now.
