Facebook Lauches Payments Between Friends Service
So, we have Facebook throwing their hat in the ring with Buxter. I should have figured this when I saw “Credits Balance” under the Accounts menu (might @ikirigin ex-Tipjoyster-cum-Facebooker be behind this?). It makes me wonder, what if there were a portable payment platform allowing for the secure undetectable anonymous synchronous** transfer of funds with no privacy concerns, frictionless installation, universally accepted in such a way that it confers the highest trust and often, a slight discount when used for instantaneous settlement.

** if you want asynchronous transfers, there’s a fee: $.04 envelope + $.44 postage.
