My first resume out of undergrad had RTFM as one of the programming languages I knew (my playful sense of humor in inappropriate settings hasn’t changed).  I was only questioned about it by one interviewer, an ex-Bell Labs engineer who wanted to know more about the language specifics.  I was forced to come up with a definition for RTFM without giving up what the acronym stood for.  After sweating it out, he let me know he knew exactly what it stood for.  I was hired.  He was the best mentor/manager I’ve had to this day.  Thanks again Julian.
