RJD2 - “Good Times Roll Pt. 2” - Dead Ringer. RJD2 and I first met online in the chatroom on UndergroundHiphop.com around 1999 during the MHz years. We eventually moved to the phone and chatted a few times about music production - he was prolific even then. He’d tell me about the hip-hop scene in Columbus, OH, with a special fondness for digging for breaks. Amazing talent. I would love to see a movie where he and Madlib handle the music score.
