The Original Pancake Wrap
Reason #17 why the Brownstone Diner in Jersey City is the best diner around.
Scrambled eggs, bacon, and american cheese wrapped in a giant buttermilk pancake (x2).
I really thought you’d be better than American cheese…
Sigh. I am. God, this is embarrassing.
They made me do it. I didn’t have a choice. Lemonade out of lemons, right? I try not to think about it.
Brownstone Diner in Jersey City is absolutely the best diner in the tri-state. I used to live one block away from there. If IHOP is “international”, Brownstone’s pancakes are intergalactic … planetary! And there’s nothing wrong with American cheese on Canadian bacon inside an French crepe, er, pancake all smothered in syrupy heaven. American cheese and Springsteen - NJ originals.
